“Nothing stops me!”
Challenges of refugee and migrant women in Morocco

The Fondation Orient-Occident, in partnership with the UNHCR and as part of DAFI MOROCCO program, is celebrating the International Women’s Day under the theme “Nothing stops me”, Challenges of refugee and migrant women in Morocco. As the title suggests, the 8th of March at the FOO will be dedicated to empowering refugee and migrant women in terms of career and career plans. Conferences, interactive interventions and coaching sessions are scheduled to sensitize women to successfully integrate into Morocco. This day will also be attended by DAFI students, women victims of sexual and gender-based violence (SGVB), refugee and migrant women beneficiaries of FOO. The day will end with jovial rhythms with the “Congo Music Collective”, a music group that has emerged at the Foundation.
