New partnership between IOM and the Fondation Orient-Occident, on a project centering on the assistance and accompaniment of vulnerable minors

The FOO recently launched its activities within the framework of the project “Assistance and Protection of Unaccompanied and Separated Children in Morocco”, implemented by IOM – UN Migration in partnership with several governmental and non-governmental actors thanks to the financial support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark within the framework of the implementation of the National Strategy for Immigration and Asylum (SNIA).
This new partnership will strengthen the promotion of assistance and protection of unaccompanied and separated children in vulnerable situations, both sub-Saharans and Moroccans, in the region of Rabat. These children benefit from humanitarian, medical and legal assistance, professional training and language courses and many other activities aimed at the personal development of minors, for a better life and integration in the host community.
