Following the current context relating to COVID-19 and in order to limit its spread, the Fondation Orient-Occident, concerned about the health of its employees, beneficiaries, visitors and the users of its services, fully adheres to the preventive measures recommended by the national health authorities.
The Fondation Orient-Occident’s Management Committee, therefore, deemed it necessary to take the following decisions:

Suspension until further notice of:
Courses and trainings (tutoring, professional training, languages, etc.);
Cultural, artistic, fun and other activities;
The Atelier Migrants du Monde, the F Radio, the crèche, the African market and the library;
Travel, home visits, meetings of more than 4 persons.

Permanence:
Reception and listening (face to face) will only continue for urgent cases, and it will be outdoors, with respect for health and safety measures (distance at least of 2 meters, wearing gloves, masks, etc.); non-urgent cases will be insured by telephone and email;
Each team will ensure the permanence daily, the rest of the staff will continue to work remotely, and would be reachable from 9h to 18h30.

The schedule of the permanence as well as the numbers of social workers and the rest of the Foundation staff to contact are posted on the Foundation website (see below).
